Managing Students who have left

In MyBSquared you will need to give the students who leave a leaving date.

This can either be done automatically when doing an import or manually. When you import a file, it can mark all students not in the file as left. This is the simplest way to manage students who have left.

Alternatively you can manully add leaving dates: 

  1. In MyBSquared Navigate to Manage Students
  2. Click on the Edit button (pencil) next to the student
  3. Add a leaving date.
  4. If the leaving date was in the past, they will be removed from your current list of students. If the leaving date is in the future, they will be removed from your current list of students on that date.

Note: Giving a student a leaving date will add them to the Historic Group. All data remains intact and will be included in the analysis when they were in the school.
