A student has been added to the system and is showing their group in the Manage Students screen, but they are not appearing in Connecting Steps or Evisense.
An Administrator needs to log in to the MyBSquared portal.
On Manage Students look at the Software icons on the right-hand side under the heading “Software“. Depending on the software being used, make sure the icon is showing Green for the student. If it is Red, just click on the icon and it will turn green.
The student will now appear in the software. Please log out of V5 and log back in again to reload the group information.
Note: you can also select multiple student by using the tickbox, then change the drop-down above / below the grid from “Please select” to “CS / EVI Access” and click on Apply.
