Reset your password

If you can’t remember your password and need to reset it, please follow these steps: #

1. Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login screen
2. Type in your email address and click “Reset“. The system will send you an email with a link to reset your password. Please make sure you check your Inbox and / or Spam Folder.
3. Click on the link within the email, a browser window will open
4. Type in your new password, then confirm the password and click “Reset“
5. Click on the link for the software you wish to login to. Please make sure you use your email address in lower case when logging into our software
   

Note the password complexity requirements:

Your password needs to be at least 10 characters long and include a combination of AT LEAST 3 from the following character types: Uppercase, Lowercase, Numbers and Special Characters.
