        Applying frameworks to all or specific students

        If you are running an additional framework, for example: Autism Progress, Preparing for Adulthood, etc then you can choose to apply this additional framework to all your students or to individually selected students.

        The default setting in the framework is that the framework applies to all students.

        To apply a framework to a individual students #

        1. Navigate to Assessment Files V5 in MyBSquared.
        2. Search for the required framework in the Frameworks table.
        3. If the slider button is green, click on the slider button to switch it to red. Click OK in the pop up window. The slider button now displays red and the Student icon becomes active.
        4. Click on the Student icon.
        5. A modal appears which displays all students already allocated to this framework.
        6. To add additional students to this framework, click Add Students.
        7. Another modal with a list of available students based on your search criteria will be displayed.
        8. Click the plus icon next to the student you want to apply the framework to, repeat for all students you wish to add to this framework.
        9. Click Save, then click on the x to close the modal.

        To apply a framework to all students #

        1. Navigate to Assessment Files in MyBSquared.
        2. Search for the required framework in the Frameworks table.

        Note: If the slider button in the All students column is green this means the framework already applies to all students.

        1. Click the red slider button so that it changes to green, click OK to confirm.

        The required framework is now applied to all students.
