If you receive the following message, then the listed student has either not been assigned a tier or has exceeded his quota:

To check and rectify this you will need to contact a B Squared administrator at your setting (see How to assign storage tiers to your students).
You will still be able to create “draft” posts, they just will not appear “live” until more quota has been assigned to the student.
If you receive the following messages on the App or Website, then you have used up your “untagged” storage space:
The App will keep your media in pending uploads, until your storage quota on untagged media has been reduced:

On the Website it will show you the following message to make you aware that the media upload has failed:

To resolve this you can either
– create posts from your untagged media, the storage quota will then be allocated to a student
– delete any untagged media you do not need: go to your gallery and select any media you don’t need -> click/tap on the delete icon
