If you have set the Evisense app to remember you and you log in to the app using a PIN, when you are offline you can still take photos and record videos. Any media you capture when you are offline is uploaded as soon as you are connected to the internet.
Am I offline? #
You will know you’re offline when using a mobile device because:
- the airplane mode symbol in the top right of your screen displays
- OR you have no Wifi and no mobile signal
- a message displays saying you appear to be offline
Can I take photos and videos offline? #
Yes, you can capture photos and videos as usual when you are offline. The feed will not load, but you can still use the secure quick camera mode.
Once you have captured evidence in offline mode you’ll see an upload pending icon telling you how many uploads you have ready to be uploaded.
