What is The Gallery For? #
The Evisense gallery is where all the unused media is stored before you create a post. Media can be added through the secure quick camera mode in the Evisense app, uploaded from the mobile device gallery (if allowed) or uploaded through the website. You can also use the gallery to access media added by other users or to reuse media you have already used.
What Media Can I Add? #
You can add photos, videos, audio recordings and PDF documents to gallery. All photos, videos and audio clips are compressed and resized as part of the upload process.
Photos #
All photos are resampled to 4 mexapixel. This allows for printing up to A3. The following photo formats are supported:
- JPG
- PNG
- GIF
- HEIC (apple)
Videos #
All videos are resampled to 720p. This is HD and suitable for display on large screens. The following photo formats are supported:
- MOV
- MP4
- M4V
Audio formats #
The following audio formats are supported:
- MP3
- WAV
How do I Add Media to the Gallery? #
The guide below shows you how to open the gallery and upload media. In the app you can use the secure quick camera mode to upload media to the gallery and if you have access to the device’s gallery, you can upload media from the gallery using the app.
Can I Reuse Media From Another Post? #
The guide below shows you how to use media you have already used in an existing post.
If the media you want to use was added by another user, you can view the post and download the media. You can then upload the media again to use in your own post.

Can I Download Media From The Gallery? #
One of the biggest benefits of the secure quick camera mode is the ease and secure way the app uploads the media to Evisense. The media is never stored on the device or added to the device gallery, it is immediately uploaded to Evisense. Can I Delete Media From The Gallery? #
