If you or your staff receive the following message, then the listed student has either not been assigned a tier or has exceeded his quota:

Any B Squared administrator can check and correct this by following these steps:
- Log into Evisense
- Click on your initials / avatar in the bottom left corner and select “Storage Management”
- Find the student in the list and check his tier and quota. If no tier has been assigned yet (so if “None” is ticked) or you wish to assign a different tier, just click on the coloured dot of the tier you wish to assign: Bronze/Silver/Gold (Note: if you haven’t purchased licences for a specific tier, then a “no entry” sign will appear when hovering over it)
You can also assign tiers from the My BSquared portal:
- Log into My BSquared
- Navigate to Manage Students and check what it says in the “Evisense Tier” column (if you can not see the column by default, then click on the “Customise Grid” drop-down on your right hand side and select “Evisense Tier”)
- To change a tier click on the pencil to edit the student: choose the Evisense tier you wish to allocate and click save
When you log into Evisense the next time, the new tier will have become active for those students.
