All users can edit their own posts. Evisense also allows school users to edit other school user’s posts. This is based on rules based on user roles. A user cannot edit posts of other users with the same user role, for example a teacher cannot edit another teacher’s posts.
There is a default hierarchy which will work for most schools. An example of the default hierarchy is teachers can edit posts created by teaching assistants, but not posts created by other teachers or senior leaders. You can also specify which user roles can approve student’s posts so that parents/guardians and external users can access the posts.
