Adding profile photos for users

This guide explains how to add profile photos to both user accounts and student accounts.

Evisense will show the user’s profile photo or initials to identify them.

Updating Your Own Profile Picture #

Users can update their own photos in Evisense by clicking on their initials/photo in the bottom left of Evisense and then clicking on Edit Profile. At the top you will see Upload new photo

Setting Profile Pictures for Other Users #

Administrators can add photos for other users in My Bsquared.

1. Log into My BSquared
2. Click Manage Users
3. Click on the pencil (edit) next to the desired user.
4. Click the user’s initials
5. Select Browse for new image.
6. Choose image to upload, and Save.
