When you are offline you can still capture evidence. Any evidence you capture when you are offline is uploaded as soon as you are connected to the internet.
Am I offline? #
You will know you’re offline when using an iPad because:
- the airplane mode symbol in the top right of your screen displays
- OR you have no Wifi and no mobile signal
- a message displays saying you appear to be offline
Can I capture evidence offline #
Yes, you can capture evidence as usual when you are offline.
Once you have captured evidence in offline mode you’ll see an upload pending icon telling you how many uploads you have ready to be uploaded.
Evisense uploads your evidence next time you are connected to the internet.
Evisense notification #
If you have been offline for some time, the Evisense app will notify you that you have uploads pending.
