Viewing Pending Invites

In MyBSquared administrator can view any invites that have not been accepted and are still pending.

  1. In MyBsquared navigate to Manage Users screen select the Choose Filter drop down on the left of the screen.
  2. Select Pending Users
  3. Pending User information is Contained on this screen 
  4. Invites can be Resent or Deleted by using the options on the left

Note: If invited user does not receive invitation email first check the junk or clutter folder and email ask IT to allow email from support@bsquared.cloud 

Note: A pending user counts towards the number of licenced users
