Viewing Pending Invites
In MyBSquared administrator can view any invites that have not been accepted and are still pending.
- In MyBsquared navigate to Manage Users screen select the Choose Filter drop down on the left of the screen.
- Select Pending Users
- Pending User information is Contained on this screen
- Invites can be Resent or Deleted by using the options on the left
Note: If invited user does not receive invitation email first check the junk or clutter folder and email ask IT to allow email from support@bsquared.cloud
Note: A pending user counts towards the number of licenced users
