Managing Students Who Have Left
In MyBSquared you will need to give the students who leave a leaving date.
This can either be done automatically when doing an import or manually. When you import a file, it can mark all students not in the file as left. This is the simplest way to manage students who have left.
Alternatively you can manully add leaving dates:
- In MyBSquared Navigate to Manage Students
- Click on the Edit button (pencil) next to the student
- Add a leaving date.
- If the leaving date was in the past, they will be removed from your current list of students. I the leaving date is in the future, they will be removed from your current list of students on that date.
Note: Giving a student a leaving date will add them to the Historic Group. All data remains intact and will be included in the analysis when they were in the school.
