How many members of staff will have access to our data?
The employees that have access to your data are only the ones that require access in order to maintain the service and to provide enhanced support should a school have an issue. Our technicians may also request access to your system which you are able to control and remove at any time. At present, we have 3 members of staff who are able to access the back end systems in it’s entirety and this access is audited and only available from within our physical offices. These members of staff are also subject to enhanced contracts to protect your data and the business.
