Microphone not working

Issue

You tap Audio on your device and get an error message.

Solution

If you are using an Apple device you’ll need to make sure that you have enabled access to your device’s microphone.

To enable access to your microphone on an Apple device

  1. Tap the Settings icon.
  2. Scroll down to Privacy, tap the arrow.
  3. Scroll down to Microphone, tap the arrow.
  4. Scroll down to Evisense, swipe right on the greyed out icon.

    The icon will change from grey to green, this means you have successfully enabled access to your device’s microphone.

You can now go back to the Evisense app and record your audio clips.
